oklv Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the oklv platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the oklv website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. oklv reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered full acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

The oklv platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. oklv may request identity documents or proof of age at any time for verification purposes. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If oklv detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in oklv limiting or closing the service without verifying the account. If any information changes, please notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Please notify the oklv support team immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on the oklv platform is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500 — the same rule applies for each payment method.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

oklv currently accepts the following payment methods:

Deposits or withdrawals through methods not on the list are not possible. oklv reserves the right to change the list of payment methods at any time.

3.3 Withdrawal Process and Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Once a withdrawal request has been verified, funds are sent via the designated method. oklv may request necessary documents during the verification process.

3.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

For security purposes, oklv generally processes withdrawals through the same method used for the deposit. In special circumstances, identity verification may be required before an alternative method can be used.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

oklv offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — this calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawing it.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games within the oklv platform.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• oklv reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.
• oklv may change or cancel promotional offers at any time.

4.4 VIP and Cashback Programme

oklv's VIP programme has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular gaming activity and the overall standing of their account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklv platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud or manipulation to circumvent the rules of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or using their funds.

If any of the above activities are detected, oklv may suspend or close the relevant account, cancel bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on oklv are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. oklv uses SSL encryption and independent testing methods to ensure fair play. oklv has no influence over game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Issues

oklv is not responsible if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or device failure. In such situations oklv will attempt to provide a fair resolution, however the game history record will always be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

oklv offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and many other sports. Betting market outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant tournament or match. oklv reserves the right to void or review bets in special circumstances.

7.1 Closure by oklv

In the event of a breach of these Terms, oklv may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such cases, bonuses and winnings obtained through prohibited means may be forfeited.

7.2 Self-Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account can contact the oklv support team. Any verified balance will be returned via the designated method before the account is closed.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, oklv may apply an administrative fee or mark the account as inactive.
